Here is one of the first models I have ever done. I kept the references as simple as I could. I adjusted some of the features. Im still learning, but this is fun.

Drawings

Character design without personality is like a eating a food with no taste. I feel we all loose an opportunity to say something worthwhile if their is no thought of the characters soul.

Storyboards

I did this one for a pitch to Universal, the Killers video never made it, but It was a real good idea!

There are somethings as an artist that we are all asked at some point in our career. Can you storyboard. And all artist should say "Yes, of course". The question should be "how good can you storyboard?" I started off with the story of a Security guard story. What I learned in my first go around with color storyboards i took it to another level in my next attempt.


I wanted to pick something that is common in peoples imagination and put my own visual twist to it. This is the story of "Jack the Ripper".
